Agreement
This Agreement applies to your purchases of Product(s) from this Website. The parties to this Agreement are: (1) the person who makes the purchase, referred to throughout the Agreement as “you” or “your”, and (2) our company, Mad4Fun Games LLP, whose registered address is No.567, BEML EMBCS Layout 5th Stage, RR Nagar, Bangalore - 560098 India and GST number is 29ABOFM5035C1Z7. Mad4Fun Games LLP is referred to in this Agreement as the “Company”, “we”, and “us”.
We may make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, but the latest version will always appear on this page. Any changes to this Agreement will apply to all new orders placed after the change is published on the Website. You should check this Agreement before each order you place in case it has changed since your last visit.
By placing an order for Product(s) using this Website, you agree that the terms of this Agreement will apply and that you agree to be bound by them.
Definitions
In this Agreement, the following words have these specific meanings.
‘Product’ means an item available for sale on the Website.

Ordering
Orders of Product(s) are subject to availability. The inclusion of any products or services on this Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at that time. When you place an order, we will confirm it by email, but this does not constitute our acceptance of the order and the order will only become legally binding on us when we send you an email confirming dispatch of the Product(s). We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we reasonably can.
All features, content, specifications, and Products described or depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product details displayed on the Website are correct and up to date. However, any error or omission in any information on the Website, or in any other communication or document issued by us, may be corrected without any liability on our part.
Images of products on the Website are intended as a guide and the actual product may differ slightly in some respects. All weights, dimensions and similar descriptions given are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.
Before clicking the ‘Confirm Order’ button, you should check that your order summary is correct. You should print or retain your email confirmation in case you need to contact us about your order.
For limited edition copies of the game, there will be a limit of maximum purchase of two per order / person. When ordering more than two, you may observe an extraordinary cost for shipping. This is to circumvent the limitations of the website hosting provider. Customer is required to carefully check order details before making a payment.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the Website are inclusive of GST and other applicable Government of India taxes. The prices shown do not include the delivery fee, unless explicitly mentioned, which will be added to your total order price. If you are offered a discount on the shipping price, this will be explicitly mentioned in your invoice for tax purposes.
We may change the prices displayed online at any time and without notice or further explanation.
Orders must be paid for immediately by credit or debit card. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within seven days of the cancellation of your order.
The product price shown on the website includes discounts offered for the product or shipping. The invoice that will be shared with you after successful payment will reflect product price, discount, actual shipping price and GST.
Delivery
We will endeavor to deliver the Product(s) as soon as possible after confirmation of your order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the Product(s). We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.
Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering. If you are ordering the Products for delivery outside of India, please check what taxes or duties may apply, as you will have to pay these yourself. We do not know and cannot control what charges you may have to pay once the Product(s) reach the destination country.
As soon as the Product(s) are delivered to you, you become the owner of those Product(s) and the risk will passed to you. This means that you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to the Product(s). All damage due to accidents etc. resulting from handling the product is your own responsibility.
Please note that we are unable to influence the delivery of any parcels once they have left our warehouse. Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details prior to confirming your order. If you do not provide the correct address or an address at which the logistics partner or their agents cannot find the person at the time of delivery or upon a redelivery attempt in accordance with the shipping agreement, the return costs and reshipping costs invoiced by our logistics partner must be borne by you.
Should you feel that your order has become lost or was unable to be delivered to you please contact us 10 days after the date upon which you expected to receive the order in accordance with the timelines set out below. Please note that we will try our best to resolve the issue but we may feel it is appropriate to cancel and refund your order after a second delivery attempt.
We use a broad range of couriers for our parcel deliveries to reduce costs to our customers. Where our logistics partners provide the possibility to track your order, the information will be shared with you directly by them either via email or sms. This requires you to enter valid contact information (email, mobile number, address) when you place the order.
Delivery times depend on our logistics partners and we cannot guarantee the exact number of days take. Below is an approximate estimate of the time taken:
Delivery within India – 2 to 5 days
Delivery outside India – 4 to 10 days
Note: Due to COVID-19 and other logistics bottlenecks faced by shipping agencies, unforeseen delays are expected.
International Orders
International orders are either sent either by DHL or UPS. You will receive tracking information on dispatch by email. It is possible that due to any technical reasons, our logistics partners may not be able to share the tracking details. If you do not receive the tracking details within 2 days of placing your order, then please contact us immediately. We will try to provide this information to you.
For overseas orders our delivery charges vary. Once you have added the product(s) to your shopping basket, you will be asked to enter your destination to calculate the delivery costs.
Please note that the customer is liable for all VAT, customs tax and duty payable upon importation to the destination country.
Orders sent cannot be reported missing until 10 days after the expected arrival date.
Cancellation and Returns
You may not cancel the order at any time after placing the order once payment is completed.
We offer no return of product after you have received the product.

Data protection
We are committed to process your customer data with diligence and meet the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation. We do not share your data with any third parties except for (1) a 3rd party payment processing company when payment is validated and processed (2) The website hosting provider and related apps. However, we cannot assume liability for the security of data transmitted online.
Marketing
We reserve the right to make use of the e-mail address entered during the process of ordering again for own marketing purposes (such as newsletters or new product launch). If you wish to be excluded from marketing approaches, please send a personal e-mail to info@mad4fungames.com.
Promo products obligations
If you have ordered a promo product where we have offered a product for free for promotional purposes, we will use the most economical shipping option (no tracking) and this is expected to be a delayed delivery. If the shipment gets lost or damaged, there will be no replacement as the product was offered. This statement overrides our obligations mentioned in relevant sections above.
Account security
You may choose to create an account at this Website. If you do, you will have a password for your account. To protect your account, you should choose a password different from names, birthdays or street addresses associated with you and different to those used on other websites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Place of jurisdiction and Entire Agreement
The relations between you and Mad4Fun Games LLP are always subject to Indian Penal Code, which shall apply to any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and any Product(s) ordered on the Website. The place of jurisdiction is India.
These General Terms & Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these General Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Terms and Conditions for Purchases
In addition to the General Terms & Conditions set out above, the following terms shall also be applicable to purchases and online selling:
- You may only sell our Products with our prior written agreement on your own branded websites.
- We do not allow the sale of Mad4Fun Games Products on any 3rd party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon etc. In placing an order with us for Products on a wholesale basis, you are agreeing that you will not put our products on your or any 3rd party portals.
- You may not offer our Products for sale online before you have paid or received an order is against our terms.
- Our images displayed on this Website or otherwise shared by us for promotional purposes are for use only with our prior written permission, if we find our images being used without permission, we will cancel any orders for these lines.
- If you are in breach of any of the above terms (or any terms agreed in any written agreement for the wholesale supply of Products) we will no longer be able to supply you and we reserve the right to cancel any outstanding orders.
