Mad4Fun Games is an independent board game publisher creating original games inspired by culture, creativity and the joy of playing together. What began as an idea to create a game during the COVID-19 pandemic grew into the publication of Ettana - The Looms of Kanchi, followed by Cholas - The Sculptors.
Meet the Founder
Madhumita Mani
Founder, Mad4Fun Games
Based in Switzerland, Madhumita developed a passion for modern board games in 2015 during a trip to the United States. That passion eventually became a desire to create something of her own. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the idea took shape as Ettana - The Looms of Kanchi. Initially created as a game to enjoy with friends, Ettana became Mad4Fun's first published title and the beginning of Mad4Fun Games.
As a woman entrepreneur and independent game creator, Madhumita has taken Mad4Fun from an idea developed around a table with friends to a growing portfolio of published board games. The focus remains on original concepts, thoughtful gameplay and strong connections to art and culture.
