Shipping policy


We will endeavor to deliver the Product(s) as soon as possible after confirmation of your order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the Product(s). We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.

Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering. If you are ordering the Products for delivery outside of India, please check what taxes or duties may apply, as you will have to pay these yourself. We do not know and cannot control what charges you may have to pay once the Product(s) reach the destination country.

As soon as the Product(s) are delivered to you, you become the owner of those Product(s) and the risk will passed to you. This means that you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to the Product(s). All damage due to accidents etc. resulting from handling the product is your own responsibility.

Please note that we are unable to influence the delivery of any parcels once they have left our warehouse. Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details prior to confirming your order. If you do not provide the correct address or an address at which the logistics partner or their agents cannot find the person at the time of delivery or upon a redelivery attempt in accordance with the shipping agreement, the return costs and reshipping costs invoiced by our logistics partner must be borne by you.

Should you feel that your order has become lost or was unable to be delivered to you please contact us 10 days after the date upon which you expected to receive the order in accordance with the timelines set out below. Please note that we will try our best to resolve the issue but we may feel it is appropriate to cancel and refund your order after a second delivery attempt.  

We use a broad range of couriers for our parcel deliveries to reduce costs to our customers. Where our logistics partners provide the possibility to track your order, the information will be shared with you directly by them either via email or sms. This requires you to enter valid contact information (email, mobile number, address) when you place the order.

Delivery times depend on our logistics partners and we cannot guarantee the exact number of days take. Below is an approximate estimate of the time taken:

Delivery within India – 2 to 5 days

Delivery outside India – 4 to 10 days

Note: Due to COVID-19, unforeseen delays are expected.

International Orders

International orders are either sent either by DHL or UPS. You will receive tracking information on dispatch by email. It is possible that due to any technical reasons, our logistics partners may not be able to share the tracking details. If you do not receive the tracking details within 2 days of placing your order, then please contact us immediately. We will try to provide this information to you.

For overseas orders our delivery charges vary. Once you have added the product(s) to your shopping basket, you will be asked to enter your destination to calculate the delivery costs.

Please note that the customer is liable for all customs tax and duty payable upon importation to the destination country.

Orders sent cannot be reported missing until 10 days after the expected arrival date.



We will open a product for pre-order several weeks before its launch. The estimated shipping date will be mentioned in the product page. The product which is not in stock or available for pre-order will not be shipped until the product is ready. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the pre-ordered or not in stock product. We will try to provide you with the best estimated shipping date. Once the product is ready to be shipped, the above Delivery policy will apply.
